Over 25 years of experience, we are here from the days of TAJIMA DGML. In those days, digitizing was a complex process of preparing enlarged artwork manually and digitizing on a huge digitizer board. The skills acquired from using this basic system are still very useful today also. Now we have the Latest and advanced digitizing software from WILCOM. For proofing purposes, we have RICOMA single head machine. We use genuine Original WILCOM software only.

ORDER PROCESS

Receiving Order
Fill out the order form, upload image ( jpg,png,pdf etc.)
file, and click send. We examine the image and get back to
you with quotation quickly.
Please specify your requirements like size, target stitch
count range, level of detailing ( high or just enough) etc. This
will be very helpful in our quotation preparation.
Digitizing
With your confirmation and target stitch count (if any),
we start digitizing the design with our talented team of
digitizing professionals.
Quality Check​
After digitizing the artwork, our quality control
people subject it to rigorous scrutiny. They check the
sequence of design, correctness, efficiency etc. Then designs
will be optimised in every respect. Then we run a sew-out for every design on our dedicated sample machines. Again if needed, we tweak the
design based on the sew-out.
Customer approval
Then we send you the images for your approval. If you
have any corrections, please send the details. We make all
necessary actions to finalise the order.
Payment and file uploading
We will send a Payment Link through mail. After receiving the payment from your side, we send you all the design files in DST or any other formats of your choice.
